Quartz Broadcast Floors in Elk Grove, CA

Our quartz broadcast floors

Balance texture, cleaning requirements and the intended use.

Options and tradeoffs

Colored quartz size and broadcast coverage affect appearance, texture and cleanability. Choose the finished system around the intended use, evaluating a sealed sample rather than assuming more aggregate automatically provides the preferred surface.

The Installation and Project Process

Prepare and prime the substrate, apply the resin and broadcast aggregate according to the specified system. Remove excess material and complete the sealing layers, coordinating coves, drains and joints where included.

Get a Detailed Project Estimate

Identify aggregate blend, system layers, preparation and the desired finished texture. Include coves, edges, drains and substrate repairs separately so quotes reflect the same complete assembly rather than just the broadcast material.

After the project

Use a cleaning method that reaches the textured surface without leaving residue. Inspect heavily used areas and transitions for wear, and confirm compatible repair or recoating products before adding another surface layer.

Epoxy Flooring for Elk Grove Properties

Elk Grove has a varied housing stock. The 2023 American Community Survey five-year estimate places the median year its housing was built at 2000. That is useful background for a project, but the condition and layout of your own property should guide the work.

Every Elk Grove property has its own access, construction details and maintenance history. Describe the existing condition, the areas affected and your priorities for epoxy flooring. A property assessment turns that information into a scope suited to the building.
